Barbara Russell RIP

Just to let family & friends know that my Auntie Barbara passed away last Monday. She will be sadly missed. Love & hugs to all my family and letting you know that my thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

KNOX Barbara Passed away in hospital after a short illness on 12th May aged 73 years. A special lady who will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place in the Main Chapel at Bramcote Crematorium on Friday 23rd May at 12.30pm. Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to CORE at the collection after the service or sent c/o L.J. How About A Little Empathy

The American writer Henry David Thoreau once said, “Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other’s eyes for an instant?” This video attempts to help us do that and have empathy with others. Instead of just judging at first sight, we are encouraged to put ourselves in their shoes. Although it is actually an advert for a Hospital Clinic, it doesn’t come across as such and in fact, portrays a very deep and meaningful message that encourages reflection.
